Austen Teschko
The vice president of programming is responsible for the planning and execution of the chapter’s events and functions. He is the head of the programming committee and works to ensure his brothers have a balanced, values-based experience.

Vice President of SigEp Learning Community
Ryan Sikora
The Vice President of SigEp Learning Communities is responsible for creating a learning community that is effective and provides brothers with a learning environment that will last for many years to come.
"I am a Junior at RBS studying Leadership and Management with a double major in Supply Chain Management, working part time on an online internship where I work in distribution with the US Military. In my spare time I write creatively, skateboard between classes, and spend way too much time playing games with my friends"
Vice President of Finance
Zach Friedman
The vice president of finance is the chapter’s chief financial officer. He is entrusted with managing the chapter’s budget and properly allocating financial resources.
"At Rutgers I am a sophomore finance and am apart of the investment banking club and finance society. During my free time catch me watching baseball, playing basketball, or hanging out with my brothers from SigEp."
Vice President of Member Development
Joe Pallis
The vice president of member development oversees the development experience of each brother providing support and structure during a crucial part of their lives. Managing the chapter’s membership experience by implementing the Balanced Man Program is the keystone of the role, providing a positive fraternal experience and ensuring strong chapter leadership and operations.
"I am currently pursuing a major in biological sciences and am planning on minoring in business administration and nutrition. I enjoy playing ice hockey, working out, and spending quality time friends and family."
Vice President of Recruitment
Andrew Roberts
The vice president of recruitment drives the quantity and quality of a chapter’s membership. By successfully recruiting the best men on campus, he ensures a great fraternity experience for his brothers and the long-term success of his chapter.
"I'm from Lexington, Ohio, studying chemistry with a minor in math. In my free time, I love practicing yoga, going to the city, and listening to music."
Vice President of Communication
Michael Cross
The vice president of communications is the chapter’s information officer, lead storyteller, and the primary protector of the chapter’s brand as well as the Grand Chapter’s brand.
"I am a junior majoring in IT, with a minor in critical intelligence studies. Some of my favorite hobbies include playing soccer, gaming and biking."
